1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only under the following conditions:

The product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

The return request is raised within 48 hours of delivery.

The product is unused, with original packaging and tags intact.
Note: Energized or personalized items such as Rudraksha, Meru rings, religious idols, and pooja items cannot be returned once opened or used, due to sanctity reasons.
2. Return Process

Contact us via devamantra358@gmail.com or WhatsApp within 48 hours.

Share order details and clear images of the issue.

Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup or ask you to send it to our warehouse.
3. Refunds

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after product inspection.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued to the customer’s bank account.

In cases of partial refunds, only the eligible amount will be credited.
4. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before dispatch.

Once shipped, cancellation will not be possible.
5. Non-Returnable Products

Energized Rudraksha, Meru rings, Karinkali Mala, Pooja items, or any consecrated product.
