We value your trust in our divine products and services. please read our policy carefully.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • The return request is raised within 48 hours of delivery.

  • The product is unused, with original packaging and tags intact.

Note: Energized or personalized items such as Rudraksha, Meru rings, religious idols, and pooja items cannot be returned once opened or used, due to sanctity reasons.

2. Return Process

  • Contact us via devamantra358@gmail.com or WhatsApp within 48 hours.

  • Share order details and clear images of the issue.

  • Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup or ask you to send it to our warehouse.

3. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after product inspection.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued to the customer’s bank account.

  • In cases of partial refunds, only the eligible amount will be credited.

4. Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled before dispatch.

  • Once shipped, cancellation will not be possible.

5. Non-Returnable Products

  • Energized Rudraksha, Meru rings, Karinkali Mala, Pooja items, or any consecrated product.
